Hilary Duff showed off a shortened 'do on Thursday, and the young mom was looking positively adorable!
The short-for-summer look comes courtesy of her stylist Marcus Francis who says he received a call from Duff Wednesday night, asking for an urgent chop the next day, according to Us Weekly.
