She knows how to bounce back!

Jessica Simpson was quick to show off her long legs and slim figure as the entrepreneur and mother of two went on a date night with her fiance Eric Johnson on Friday night. She looks good!

The 33-year-old, who's currently the face of Weight Watchers, has been open about her weight struggles but has dropped 50 lbs. since giving birth to her second son Ace in June 2013. Her new look however suggests that she could've lost even more given her toned physique.

The new bod could possibly be just in time for nuptials with her former NFL star, as it's already known that the couple has changed locations from Capri, Italy to a local ceremony in Los Angeles.
