Kelly Rowland Gets Married In Secret Wedding, Beyonce And Solange In Attendance

Kelly Rowland reportedly got married to her fiance, manager Tim Witherspoon, just days after Solange punched and kicked her sister’s husband, but the two siblings were together nonetheless, right by the bride’s side, according to E!.

A secret wedding! Kelly Rowland reportedly married fiancé Tim Witherspoon in a secret wedding in Costa Rica. And despite the elevator dust up between Solange, Beyonce and Jay Z just days before, the two sisters were at Kelly's side for the low-key nuptials.

On May 8, Solange and Bey flew on a private jet to Costa Rica, which was just three days after the Met Gala incident. The sisters were also reportedly joined by their mama, Tina Knowles. During their time in the country, the social media savvy singer kept mum about goings on, simply posting a pic from the wedding (in what we believe was her bridesmaid gear) with the caption, “GoodMorning.” So purty!

After a whirlwind trip, the Knowles ladies jetted out early in the morning on May 10, and then all the Jay, Bey and Solange hoopla hit the news. Guess it's good the gals had some fun while they good!

But enough about the family drama -- let's chat about the wedding! Kelly and Tim's gathering was a simple and intimate affair. Us Weekly reports that the wedding was, “it was a quick, simple ceremony,” with “only around 30 people" in attendance.

In December 2013, Kelly announced the engagement during an appearance on The Queen Latifah Show. “He put a ring on it,” the former Destiny's Child member said. “It’s been awhile. We’ve kept it very, very low -- for years, to be completely honest.”

This is Kelly’s first marriage but was previously engaged to NFL star Roy Williams back in 2005.
