A pregnant Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen arrived back in Los Angeles Thursday after returning from their romantic "babymoon" in the Barbados to celebrate their upcoming little bundle of joy.

This will be the first baby for the long time couple, the only question left is when will they tie the knot?
