Kristin Cavallari grabbed breakfast in Hollywood on Wednesday morning, and the 27-year-old starlet may have kept it casual in a pair of ripped white skinny jeans and a plaid button-down, but she still looked fantastic!

K Cav gave birth to her second son Jaxon Wyatt in May, and last month she revealed how she shed nearly 20 pounds in just 6 weeks. The former Hills honey works out four to five times a week, and she recently started taking Pilates classes. "I've really been focusing on my legs and butt," she told E! News. "My stomach needs the most work but that takes time more than anything and diet plays a huge role."

So what's she eating? In addition to organic veggies, chicken, beef, bison and fish, she said, "I either make a smoothie, oatmeal or eggs for breakfast and a salad or turkey sandwich for lunch. I have a snack in the afternoon—usually nuts with dried cherries, chips with hummus, or an apple and almond butter. I also love avocados with olive oil and sea salt and I put coconut oil in or on everything."

She may not be consuming any carbs, but she looks amazing -- it's gotta be worth it, right?
