Miley Cyrus has been banned from performing in the Dominican Republic because her on-stage behavior is too R-rated. The government commission released a statement Thursday that explained the singer "undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law." It sounds like they think riding a giant hot dog while flashing your crotch isn't tasteful!
