Answering Eva Longoria's challenge, the fashion fiend knelt on the ground in her workout gear as she was surrounded by her three eager sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.

Before getting drenched, the mom of four nominated Tom Ford, Katie Holmes and her youngest son Cruz to do the challenge.

Celebs and non celebs all over the world have been getting in on the Ice Bucket Challenge over the past week -- each video seems to get more elaborate. Ben Affleck knocked wife Jennifer Garner into the pool during his video. Her hubby, David Beckham, traded in a bucket for a barrel of ice water. Tom Cruise got doused by an endless stream of buckets.

The icy endeavor is part of a worldwide viral campaign to raise money to fund a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease or Motor Neurone Disease.
