Adam Brody's putting on quite the show! After leaving the beach in Los Angeles, the former star of The O.C. showed off his buff bod when he stripped out of his wetsuit.

Brody may have played awkward teen on the beloved FOX show -- but he looks anything but awkward now. Yum! Like we couldn't be any more in love with Seth Cohen?!

At a recent Q&A -- a fan asked if the 34-year-old newlywed helps his Gossip Girl with the housework.

"I do some stuff but she definitely does the heavy lifting (figuratively). Literally, I do the heavy lifting."

Looks like the heavy lifting is doing some good!
