Let's make a deal, Chris Brown!

The troubled singer has accepted a plea deal in his Washington D.C. assault case after pleading guilty to punching a man outside a hotel in October 2013.

And while Brown may be a guilty man yet again -- he's getting off easy this time -- the judge sentenced the felon to time already served -- (two whole days).

In court, Brown apologized for his behavior and added that the case had derailed his career for the past year.

Back in April, the 25-year-old's bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was convicted of misdemeanor assault in connection with the incident. But the tough guy/fall guy has yet to be sentenced.

Things seem to be going Brown's way -- on again/off again girlfriend Karrueche Tran was reportedly in the courtroom, lending support to her criminal boyfriend. Way to stand by your (violent) man, Karrueche!
