It's been a busy week for the jet-setting mom of four. Not only did David Beckham's lady love open the most amazing flagship store to ever exist in London earlier this week -- but the reason she missed the store's stylish launch party is because she was had speak at the United Nations in NYC after being named a Goodwill Ambassador for the UNAIDS Campaign.

Is that the best excuse to miss a party or what? Sorry I can't go to my own party, boys and girls, I am too busy being Posh Spice-turned-Goodwill Ambassador!

We didn't realize it was possible to love her more!

While at the UN on Thursday, Victoria said, "It's taken me getting to 40 to realize I have a responsibility as a woman and a mother. I recently visited South Africa and was so touched by the women I met. I felt inspired and I came home and knew I had to do something."
