She's only been free for less than 24 hours and already she's back to her bizarre antics!

Amanda Bynes was released yesterday from the Pasadena psychiatric facility where she has been held for the past two weeks, and the troubled starlet is already exhibiting alarming behavior, including accusing her father of sexual abuse again in a new Twitter rant.

The actress called her father Rick a "sexual predator" before declaring that she was going before a judge today to get control of her personal life and her finances. She then proceeded to ramble about a recent plastic surgery procedure, her hatred of Sam Lufti, and getting a 4.0 GPA at FIDM, among other things.

The 28-year old was spotted inhaling massive amounts of food at a diner on Sunset Blvd. last night before trying to check-in to various hotels to no avail. She even threw money all over the lobby of The London when they denied her, TMZ reports.

She should be under a doctor's care, not loose on the streets!
