Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jessie J, Lea Michele, Kylie Minogue and Sport Spice Melanie Chisholm are among the many celebs who've leant their star power to a good cause -- the Alphabet Scarves campaign to raise money for a children's hospital in Liverpool, England.

The letterman-style appliques will be sold in a London boutique to raise money for the Alder Hey Children's Hospital, but stars like Britney and Justin have donned the eye-catching pieces and posted Instagrams to help promote the sale of the scarves for the cause.
