Kim Kardashian got right back to work after her brief birthday trip to Hawaii with Kanye West by hitting the recording studio today, and the reality star donned a curve hugging black dress that made her hips look wider than they've ever looked before! Her body is perfect for child bearing, and if you believe the rumors, that's exactly what she has in mind for the not too distant future.

"It would be extra special if she got pregnant on her birthday because that’s what she wants most of all for her birthday," a source dished to Hollywood Life. "Kim is taking a break right now, it’s just about her and Kanye, they need downtime to focus on each other – and baby making," the source added.

She doesn't seem to be taking that much of a break, considering she's hosting a massive birthday bash tomorrow at TAO nightclub in Las Vegas!
