No amount of money is going to ease the suffering!

Joan Rivers' daughter Melissa will inherit the majority of her late mother's estate, Us Weekly reports. The comedienne's only child will receive $75 million cash as well as a $35 million Upper East Side condo, while her son Cooper, 13, will presumably get the remainder.

"It is no consolation for losing her mother so soon," a source tells the mag.

The Fashion Police was 81-years-old when she died on Sept. 4 of complications from outpatient surgery on Aug. 28 in NYC.
