What brings Reese out in a sexy floral full-skirted dress, Miranda Kerr in a blinged-out matador suit and Jaime King in a micro-mini dress ... at lunchtime? The annual Council of Fashion Designers America/Vogue Fashion Fund Runway Show and Tea, of course!

These lovely ladies and more, came together for a good cause -- fashion -- at the iconic West Hollywood hotel, on Tuesday. There, ten finalists showed their looks, which kicks off the voting -- the winner and two runners up will be announced at a gala dinner in New York on November 3.
