Sequins! Polka dots! Baby bumps! Boobs! Hollywood's most fashionable stars were in full force last night when they got gussied up for the star-studded amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

Celebs like Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Tom Ford (who was an honoree), Kelly Osbourne joined pregnant stars Milla Jovovich and Molly Sims for a fun-filled night. Miley took to the stage to perform a selection of songs to the A-list crowd.

Gwyneth Paltrow hosted the event, which raises money for AIDS research, was held at Milk Studios in Hollywood.
