The feud has been reignited! Yay! Lifetime gurus Gwyneth Paltrow and Martha Stewart are back at their thinly veiled war of words -- AND WE LOVE IT!

After Martha Stewart Living posted a cheeky food spread entitled "Conscious Coupling," Oscar winner-turned-Goopy girl Gwyneth took a jab back at the dig when the actress posted a dessert recipe called "Jailbird Cake" on Goop yesterday. Although the cake looks delish, we have a suspicion this was a dig at Martha's 2004 prison stint for insider trading.

"The folks at Goop know how to have some fun, too," a source close to Gwyneth told the People magazine.

In case you needed a run down of their history, about a year ago, Bloomberg TV asked Stewart what she thought of Paltrow's Goop brand. "I haven't eaten at Gwyneth's house, and I've never seen how she lives," Martha said. "But if she is authentic, all the better. I mean, I certainly hope she is. She really wants to be part of the lifestyle business. [She] has a book on the best-seller list. She must be doing something right. She's a charming, pretty person who has a feeling for lifestyle. She wants to be a lifestyle arbiter. Fine. Good. I think I started this whole category of lifestyle."

But then last month Net-a-Porter had a chat with M. Stew, and she was a bit less kind. "[Paltrow] just needs to be quiet," she said. "She's a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn't be trying to be Martha Stewart." Burn! And after that, Paltrow finally commented on Stewart's remarks and told Real Simple, "No one has ever said anything bad about me before, so I'm shocked and devastated. I'll try to recover. If I'm really honest, I'm so psyched that she sees [Goop] as competition. I really am."

Ohmygosh we love these rich b*tches taking each other down!
