The Biebs might be to keeping a low profile now that Forbes magazine just listed the "Boyfriend" singer at the top of its Highest-Earning Celebrities Under 30 list. The mag estimates that the heartbreaker has made an $80 million over a 12-month period, which was mostly earned through his headline-making world tour.
