The day before this the No Doubt rocker wore a pair of checkered harem pants Justin Bieber probably wishes he found first, and she recently received the Style Icon honor at the first-ever People Magazine Awards.

Between her gig on The Voice, her music and her fashion line, we're not sure how the 45-year-old superstar has time to do it all (and raise three kids!), but she does -- and she always looks amazing while doing it!
