For the third time in two weeks, we spotted Kim Kardashian at the same Beverly Hills medical building she visited weekly when she was pregnant with Nori. Is Mrs. West pregnant with baby #2?

Kim brought hubby Kanye West along, on Monday -- both dressed in black and grey, Kim having just come from the gym. Kanye sported some serious Desert Storm boots, which we don't understand. While the pair appeared sullen as they entered the doctor's office, they were all smiles 45 minutes later when they emerged. Perhaps the pair got some good news!

Our photographer tells us:

    "Kim and Kanye were focused and serious when they went into the office, but when the came out, they were more light-hearted and happy. They were definitely in a good mood. And this is the same building where Kim went every week right before she gave birth to North. I'm positive she's going to the gynecologist -- it's the only thing she'd do in a medical building, with Kanye."


It remains to be seen whether Yeezy will actually stick around for Kris Jenner's Christmas bash (rumor has it he wants to bail).
