Madonna and daughter Mercy left New York, on Wednesday, to spend Christmas in London with her daughter Lourdes and sons Rocco and David Banda.

The singer has been battling North Korean-level hackers who've stolen and leaked most of the tracks from her upcoming album Rebel Heart. First, 13 demos were put out, then Madonna herself released six finished tracks to counter the demos that weren't ready for public consumption ... then fourteen more tracks hit the Internet, prompting the singer to Instagram a statement calling the incident "artistic rape" and "a form of terrorism."

In the meantime, the album will be released March 10, following the initial tracks released for paid download on iTunes. A statement from Madge, announcing the iTunes release, went like this: "I was hoping to release my new single ‘Living for Love’ on Valentine’s Day with the rest of the album coming in the spring,” Madonna said in a statement. “I would prefer my fans to hear completed versions of some of the songs instead of the incomplete tracks that are circulating. Please consider these six songs as an early Christmas gift."

She also spoke to The Guardian newspaper in England, saying of the first leak:

"Obviously there is a person or a group of people behind this that were essentially terrorizing me,” Madonna told The Guardian in response to the earlier leak. “I don’t want to sound alarming, but certainly that’s how I felt. It’s one thing if someone comes into your house and steals a painting off your wall: that’s also a violation, but your work as an artist, that’s devastating."

So while Madonna fans may be enjoying this early Christmas treat, it sounds like the Queen of Pop is NOT!
