Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow consciously recoupled in Santa Monica at their favorite restaurant, Giorgio Baldi, last night. These two just can't quit each other!

The former couple stopped at the Italian eatery for a quick bite, arriving together at 6:15 PM and leaving together by 7:30 PM. The Coldplay frontman chauffeured Gwyneth, Apple and Moses around in his Jeep.

A photog on the scene said the foursome looked like the picture-perfect family. "It's rare to see Gwenyth and Chris like that, playing family with the kids. There is usually some distance between them, like they take separate cars to meet up at a restaurant. But here they were all together, back together like one big happy family," said the camera man.

He also added, " they all seemed really happy to be together. It was like this is the way they're supposed to be, together."

We will always love Chris and Gwyneth together -- and it looks like they will too!
