The 19-year-old was a little camera shy when we spotted her leaving the gym in Beverly Hills on Monday. For the workout, Kendall donned dark grey leggings and a long-sleeved shirt.

The model was working it out with her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson -- so now we know how she gets that perfectly lithe form. Lots of one-on-one exercise!
