Swoon!

Justin Bieber is shirtless, sexy, and showing off his muscles on the latest cover of Men's Health, and for all you haters that think he got a little boost from Photoshop, you're wrong! "It's not Photoshopped! For all you fools out there saying it's Photoshopped! I love the fact that I got in shape the past two years and I'm finally getting recognition for it," he proudly declared in a behind-the-scenes video for the shoot.

The Biebs revealed that the secret to his physique is weekly gym sessions with his trainer, and that he's getting so buff that he almost can't fit into his old clothes! "You know I'm just getting bigger, man. It's like, my shoulders don't fit in some things," he boasted.

The interview wasn't totally about superficial things, though! JB went on to reveal that he likes being monogamous!

"I'm very much a relationship guy. I like to bounce ideas off the person that I love. I like having a real connection," he gushed. Guess he just didn't like bouncing ideas of Selena Gomez then!

The Canadian crooner also took time to reflect on this past year, and how he's trying his best to clean up his image. "I'm growing. I'm learning. I'm a human being. This has really been a big year for me, as far as figuring stuff out. This is almost like a full 180 from how I was. Yesterday — a year from yesterday — I was in jail," he mused.

He's a grown man now!
