No makeup -- no problem!

Kesha seemed unperturbed with having a make-up free face when she jetted out of LAX on Friday morning.

The "Tik Tok" singer was looking toggle-tastic as she went with an incognito toggle coat, complete with hood and dark sunglasses.

Ever since her Dr. Luke controversy Kesha has been laying low (except for a fun-filled New York Fashion Week) -- so it's great to see her in good spirits. The unruly singer has been keeping her schedule full with a number of charitable events.

The "Die Young" singer special performance at the 9th annual Delete Blood Cancer Gala, which is co-hosted by Randy Jackson and Delete Blood Cancer co-founder Katharina Harf, on April 16 at Cipriani in New York City. Let's just hope she doesn't sing that song there!

The event hopes to raise awareness and encourage bone marrow donation. The 28-year-old said in press release, “I am honored to be working with the awesome people at Delete Blood Cancer and performing at the gala. They work every day to save lives and keep the hopes of families and communities lifted. Everyone who is a part of this evening is so inspiring and I feel fortunate to be a part of it."
