We spotted Kim in her new silver Rolls Royce, entering Bruce's Malibu mountaintop compound around 2:30pm PT Saturday and she's still inside -- visiting with Bruce as a woman for the FIRST TIME.

Bruce is recovered from breast implant surgery and seemed to imply that last night's interview would be the last time anyone would see him as a male. He plans to live his life, from here forward, as a woman. Which means Kim is sitting with her step-dad now, seeing him with breasts for the first time, seeing him with nail polish and makeup and his hair down and maybe in a dress -- all for the first time! It must be a lot to take in ...

Meanwhile, Kim sat down with the Today show's Matt Lauer last week in New York, for an interview set to air Monday -- and Mrs. West gave her insight on step-dad Bruce Jenner's transition to become a female ...

Kim told Matt the family "really supports him [Jenner]" in his journey but that "there is still an adjustment and there's family therapy." She said it's been a "difficult time for everyone."

Kim and the rest of the family have all posted messages on social media in support of Bruce. Kim, herself, posted: "Love is the courage to live the truest, best version of yourself. Bruce is love. I love you Bruce. #ProudDaughter." In another post: "Your honesty has opened the doors for others to be courageous and live an authentic life! #respect #hero #family"
