Along with the soccer star's parents and sister, celebs like Eva Longoria and Gordon Ramsay relaxed at the luxury Amanjena resort and watched the British hunk blow out the candles on his cake.

The father-of-four used the occasion as the perfect excuse to start an Instagram account, and he couldn't stop posting gushing messages about his designer wife.

So Ginger, Sporty, Baby, and obviously Posh were in attendance, but why was Scary Spice missing in action? “There isn’t a rift between Vicky and Mel, they just aren’t close. They don’t hang out together when Vicky and David are in Los Angeles. Mel and Vicky just weren’t ever close friends," a source dished to Radar.
