Gwyneth Paltow and Chris Martin are the friendliest exes ever!

On Monday producer Joel Silver had half of Hollywood at his Malibu mansion for his annual Memorial Day beach party, and Gwynnie and her ex-husband both showed up within minutes of one another, even though they were in separate cars. A barefoot Chris walked into Silver's home barefoot while Gwyneth tried to cover up under a beach blanket.

In March of 2014 the duo announced that they were ending their ten-year marriage, and despite constant rumors that they were getting back together, last month they finalized their divorce. Of their parting, Gwynnie told Marie Claire in January, "We've worked really f*cking hard to get to [this] point. But we're very, very close, and it's so nice. I feel like it's, in a way, the relationship we were meant to have." We thought she was just saying that, but given how much time they spend together, it seems to be true!

Though we're not sure just how friendly Chris and Gwyneth were inside the party, because we snapped the Coldplay musician standing on the balcony by himself later in the afternoon...
