The sexy supermodel stepped out on the balcony of her hotel in Cannes for a cigarette break and surprised photographers and onlookers when she lit up. Teigen isn't known to be a smoker -- not of cigarettes, at least -- in fact, she Tweeted last summer, "Smoking is bad, but smoking in your car is next level shittastic gross." Funny enough, a follower Tweeted back "@chrissyteigen ever had to take a smoking hotel room? Uuughhhh." Uh, ugh is right!
