Jennifer Garner may have stepped out with hubby Ben Affleck and their kids the other day to quash divorce rumors, but after reading all the reports about the state of their marriage, we're not sure what to believe. And if Ben has been stepping out on his lady, she's not picking the best time to jet out of town!

Jen headed to Montreal on Sunday to shoot Nine Lives, and she appeared very stressed when we snapped her at Los Angeles International Airport. The 43-year-old star was glued to her phone, and rather than flashing us a quick smile, she kept her head down.

While it seems like Ben and Jen want everyone to believe that everything is fine, last week Radar reported that the couple are already fighting for custody of their kids and that there will be a divorce announcement before their ten-year wedding anniversary on June 29.
