Kanye West certainly looked as if he was having a serious discussion Friday when we caught him on his cell phone as he made a pit stop in Calabasas on his way home. Maybe he was chatting with Kim about baby names? Names plural, in fact, because the two are rumored to be expecting twins after Kim was finally successful in getting pregnant via IVF. Hmmm ... twins South and East with sister North?
