Cody Simpson didn't hold back in his latest interview for DuJour magazine, and the singer was especially candid about his rumored fling with Selena Gomez and his past relationship with ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid.

The Aussie pop star confessed that he and the "Come & Get It" songstress "went through a phase" of hanging out, but then something took a turn for the worse. "It just got kind of weird," he told the mag. That sounds like what happens when a girl gets way too clingy way too quickly!

To add salt to poor Selena's wound, the blonde heartthrob revealed he still loves Gigi Hadid, despite the fact that they broke up in May and she's now dating Joe Jonas. "I love my ex-girlfriend, I always will," he gushed, before explaining that he couldn't handle the pressure of dating a supermodel in the spotlight. "It was an amicable, mutual decision, and we still talk every now and then, but the highly publicized thing made me uncomfortable," he added.
