"I'm pregnant! Yah! Ice & I are so excited!," she wrote. The rapper, 57, is already a father to two children and a 20-year-old grandson, but this will be his first with his lady love of 14 years.

The bombshell had dangerously high blood pressure that made carrying a child too risky, so she set about making a big effort to get her body ready for pregnancy.
