Apparently, she's hoping demanding full custody of kids Mason, Penelope, and Reign will frighten LD enough for him to seek treatment for his substance and alcohol addiction. "She hopes this will scare him enough to get help. If he gets to the point where he is really changing she'll let him come home," the source added.

One of her main concerns? That the hard partying dad might not care enough to repair their relationship! "Kourtney's shocked Scott isn't begging her to take him back," an insider revealed.
