Kristen Stewart and her girlfriend Alicia Cargile have called it quits, Radar reports. The duo have "officially ended their relationship" after quietly dating for almost two years, and it was the Twilight star's hectic schedule that got in the way of their romance.

"[Kristen and Alicia] mutually decided to split and it was definitely an amicable breakup. Kristen is just so busy right now that she does not have the time to be in a serious relationship," a source dished to the website.

Cargile was working as the actress' personal assistant before they began hooking up, and although they never officially confirmed their relationship, they were photographed kissing on the beach in Hawaii in January. The last time they were seen together was this past August, and it appears that Alicia finally had enough of tagging along with her famous lover.

"They have a lot of love for each other and they always will. But Alicia does not want to be a part of her jet-setting life anymore. They had to come to an understanding that this could just simply be a case of the right person, but wrong time," the source added.
