Justin Bieber held a three-part live stream show from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Friday night to celebrate the launch of his new album, Purpose, and the 21-year-old pop star broke down into tears when speaking about the horrific terror attacks in Paris.

Bieber was in the middle of the first event when news first broke, and after her found out about the shootings and explosions, he tweeted, “Had a great first show but just heard about what happened in Paris. Thoughts and prayers with everyone #PrayForParis.” Just a few minutes later he added added, “We decided we are going to continue with the livestream at 6PM to hopefully bring some light & hope to those hurting."

But then when the Biebs took the stage for the final event, he broke down into tears as he sang "I'll Show You." He kept saying, "We're in this together," and he then asked, "Why am I crying so hard?" He was forced to walk offstage to regain his composure, but after the show he posted the below shot on Instagram and wrote, "Tears are healthy."
