While most Angelenos have no idea what to wear when it rains, this Tennessee cutie totally nailed it in boots, a navy trench, and a button down shirt under a cardigan.

The Oscar winner is still wearing her wedding ring, which leads us to believe that those persistent reports that she's on the verge of a split with husband Jim Toth are total rubbish. Star magazine claimed in one of their cover stories that the couple are all but over, and that it's their $135 million combined fortune and the fear of splitting assets that is keeping them together.
