Amber Heard appeared in a Los Angeles Court on Friday to file a restraining order against estranged husband Johnny Depp, and new details have emerged about the claims in her legal docs.

Sources close to Amber told TMZ she's furious that Johnny is calling her a liar over the domestic violence allegations, especially since he was "barely ever sober" during the short 15 months they were married. On both occasions where Amber accused her estranged husband of domestic violence, she claims he was "inebriated and high."

Amber claimed in her restraining order filing that Johnny is "often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me." She added, "Johnny's paranoia, delusions and aggression increased throughout our relationship. So has my awareness of his continued substance abuse."

A judge granted Amber a restraining order on Friday, requiring Johnny to stay 100 yards away from her, and the judge will conduct a full hearing next month on the matter.
