Benji Madden grabbed lunch with Jessie J, who is one of his co-workers on The Voice Australia. We're not sure what the two were talking about, but after reports last year that Nicole Richie had a bone to pick with the pop star, we have to wonder if it wasn't a personal matter! The two weren't exactly in the best mood when they finished up their meal...

Apparently Nicole noticed that her hubby Joel Madden, who is also a judge on the show, and Jessie were getting a little too close. “Joel and Jessie are very flirty behind the scenes,” an insider told OK Magazine. “She enjoys teasing him, and he gives as good as he gets.” Another insider added, “Nicole was very upset. She demanded Joel steer clear of Jessie.”

Wonder if they worked that out? We haven't heard about any issues since then...
