Kim Kardashian was spotted leaving the Epione Salon in Beverly Hills on Thursday, and we're not sure what the reality starlet had done to her face, but she looked smokin' hot! Though she did seem a bit cold -- maybe a little too much AC inside?

Photographers on the scene asked Kim about Blac Chyna, but per usual, the brunette bombshell stayed silent. Funny, because Blac recently told E! News that Kim has been giving her "a lot of tips" during her pregnancy. Rob also babbled about starting a family, adding, “I mean, it’s my first time, so everything is exciting, literally. I’m happy and I just like to keep it, you know, keep it private…as private as can be.”

From sex tapes to gender reassignment surgery, we all know there's nothing private about the Kardashian-Jenner fam! We are dying to know what Kimmy K actually thinks about it though -- especially after that nasty squabble she had with Rob earlier this year!
