We all know that Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi has a reputation for being super sketch -- but this new report is pretty weird. The controversial character has been accused of kidnapping and robbing, Isaiah Silva, who is Frances Bean Cobain's estranged husband.

Radar is reporting that the 41-year-old and an unknown accomplice are said to have grabbed Silva then "carried him to his car at around 12:45 am on June 3." Umm … what?!

According to Los Angeles Police Department documents, the musician was, "In fear for [his] life. He did not want to go with suspects."

The alleged incident is said to have escalated even more with Silva's phone getting stolen and a glass door being smashed, which is believed to cost almost $4,000 in damages.

So that's odd -- obviously -- but what's also odd is that Silva took five days to report the alleged incident. Hmm …

Lutfi is the former manager of Cobain's mother, Courtney Love -- so that's his connection to Silva, whom Cobain filed for divorce from in March after two years of marriage.

In addition to this insane situation, Lutfi has a bad track record with troubled stars. He met Spears back in October 2007 and the relationship eventually ended in her family filing a restraining order against him a year later.

The "Toxic" singer's mother, Lynne Spears, claimed Lutfi, "essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances."

He also was accused of both controlling and manipulating her money, making decisions for her about her medications and not allowing people to see the "Lucky" singer.

Luckily, Spears has gotten her life back but it seems as though Lutfi is still cause some major problems for himself and others …
