Amber Heard is in the middle of a nasty divorce with Johnny Depp, but she might be making time for new romance as well... with billionaire Elon Musk! The actress and the SpaceX genius have apparently known each other for years, but recently began spending more time together amid their respective splits, TMZ reports.

Just last week, the Rum Diaries star and her sister were spotted at Musk's bungalow in Miami, which comes on the heels of a 1-on-1 dinner with the innovator at his LA home two weeks ago. Not only that, but Amber has been dropping by his office and he's been coming over to her house. All signs point to dating!

She really shouldn't be worrying about her spousal support payments from the Pirates of the Caribbean star if this is the beginning of a relationship! Musk is worth $12.7 billion, just sayin...
