Just a few hours before she was scheduled to fly to Las Vegas for her friend Ariana's bachelorette party, Kim Kardashian had a major emergency -- she chipped one of her front teeth!

Luckily the 35-year-old reality star was able to get in touch with her dentist, Dr. Kevin Sands, who squeezed her in for an appointment. After Dr. Sands patched thing back up, Kim and pals, including Larsa Pippen and Maria Menounos, hopped on a private jet and fly to Sin City. Kim arrived at Hakkasan at 1 a.m., but she still made time to chat with reporters.

While during press on the red carpet, Kim revealed that son Saint said his first words earlier in the day. “He said ‘dada’ today, three times and I was like ‘what’?,” the reality star gushed. “Kanye [West] was so excited. He was like ‘I told him to say that.’ I was like, ‘I just really wanted him to say momma first.’" Of course she did...
