The mother of three kept that hot bod' in order during her trip living to the Bahamas with friends Larsa Pippen and Isabela Grutman.

The 37-year-old posted a video of herself on Snapchat doing lunges in a tiny bikini as she showed off her toned abs and booty.

The reality star also seemed to get in some fun when she took a deep in the gorgeous ocean -- and made friends with a local pig!

Kourt, who spent July 4th holiday in Miami with former fling Justin Bieber Kardashian, is in the Bahamas with Larsa to celebrate her birthday.

The two sexy moms also brought along their wee ones for the picturesque trip that they've been Snapchatting. Looks like a blast!
