The couple do nothing but bicker and yell at each other throughout the teaser, and at one point the pregnant video vixen even accuses Kimmy K's little bro of infidelity. ""Are you still texting bitches? Yes or no?!" she screams into her phone in one scene.

There are some tender moments, though!

"Are you ready to be a daddy?" the makeup mogul asks her fiance, to which he responds, "That's what I've always wanted."

Sources tell TMZ cameras were rolling up to 15 hours a day, 5 days a week, so there's not much that wasn't caught on tape.

They're set to welcome their first child together in the fall, so we hope they don't call it quits until then!
