That's a jaw-dropping statement!

While on Watch What Happens Live Bethenny Frankel insisted that she has not gone under the knife in recent days.

When asked by a fan if she'd had any plastic surgery lately, the reality star said, "I didn't." However, she did explain why her face looked so dramatically different than it used to: "I had my jaw injected with Botox because I have TMJ, and if you look at pictures of me from probably, like, seven years ago it's gradually gotten smaller to the point where I had to stop, and now it actually hurts again."

Host Andy Cohen agreed, "It does look like your jaw is smaller."

In May, Frankel revealed that her doctor suggested she get Botox in the jawline to help her deal with grinding her teeth, which has resulted in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) becoming irritated which causes pain.

BTW: It can also be treated with physical therapy, medications or bite guards. But we aren't surprised that the reality star sought the Botox treatment!
