This has mistake written all over it!

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck grabbed coffee this morning in Brentwood, and we couldn't help but notice the hot tan chick tagging along with them. Is this the new nanny? If so, the actress didn't learn her lesson about hiring attractive help the first time around.

In case you forgot, the A-list actor hooked up with the previous nanny Christine Ouzounian shortly after the couple announced they were splitting. The mother-of-three later addressed her husband's dalliance with their childcare giver in a Vanity Fair interview.

"Let me just tell you something. We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny. She had nothing to with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation. Bad judgment? Yes. It's not great for your kids for [a nanny] to disappear from their lives. I have had to have conversations [with my children] about the meaning of 'scandal," she explained to the mag.

Other than being good with kids, the main requirement for this job should be you have to be unattractive!
