K. Stew appears on the cover of Elle's "Women in Hollywood" issue, and she opens up about her sexuality in a way she never really has before. "I’m not ashamed and I’m not confused," she said of swinging both ways. "Things have changed. And not just with me — we’re really allowed to encourage this new acceptance and be awesome."

The 26-year-old actress previously confirmed her relationship to Elle UK back in July and gushed that she was "really in love" with Cargile, adding, "We’ve broken up a couple of times and gotten back together.
