We're going to go ahead and assume this is totally made up, but if it's true it's the best piece of gossip ever!

We wonder if Cait will head over the hospital this afternoon to meet her new grandchild? The Olympian basically raised Rob Kardashian as her own son, and the sock designer became a dad today when he welcomed daughter Dream with fiancee Blac Chyna.
