La La Land Sweeps The Golden Globes ...
Yay, Ryan Gosling!

La La Land is the musical darling of the Golden Globes and appears to be headed for Oscar gold!
The Ryan Gosling/Emma Stone tune-filled feature won a record-breaking seven awards including best musical or comedy a dominated Sunday’s Golden Globes, winning a record-breaking seven statues including best musical or comedy and acting prizes for Gosling and Stone. An ode to Los Angeles, the musical also won best screenplay and director honors for Damien Chazelle, the 31-year old behind the project.
Other top prizes went to Moonlight for best motion picture drama, while acting awards in the drama category went to Casey Affleck for Manchester By The Sea and to Isabelle Huppert for
TV shows Blackish, Atlanta and The Crown all took home prizes.
